Prepare the Pancake Batter

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; do not overmix. The batter may be slightly lumpy.
Cook the Pancake

Heat the Pan
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with a small amount of butter or oil.

Pour the Batter
Using a ladle or measuring cup, pour about 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

Cook Until Bubbly
Cook the pancake for about 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface and the edges appear set.

Flip and Finish Cooking
Carefully flip the pancake with a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side until golden brown.
Cook the Bacon or Sausages

Cook the Bacon or Sausages
In a separate skillet, cook the bacon strips or sausage links over medium heat until crispy and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Serve

Plate and Enjoy
Serve the pancake warm, topped with the crispy bacon or sausage links on the side. Optionally, add maple syrup or fruit toppings to enhance the flavor.
