Fries

Method

Mini Cheeseburger

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined, but do not overwork the meat.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, about 1/2 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cover the skillet or grill to allow the cheese to melt.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burgers

Place each patty on a mini burger bun. Top with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, ketchup, and mustard as desired.

Fries

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin fries.

  2. 7

    Season the Fries

In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 8

    Bake the Fries

Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
