Garnish and Assembly
Method
Preparing the Pork
- 1
Season the Pork
Rub the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika evenly on all sides.
- 2
Slice the Pork
Cut the seasoned pork tenderloin into 1-inch thick slices.
Breading Process
- 3
Set Up Breading Station
Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese.
- 4
Bread the Pork
Dip each pork slice first into the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure each slice is well-coated.
Cooking the Pork
- 5
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil over medium heat until hot.
- 6
Fry the Pork
Carefully place the breaded pork slices in the hot oil. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Assembling the Sandwich
- 7
Prepare the Buns
Toast the brioche buns lightly if desired.
- 8
Assemble the Sandwich
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, and a piece of fried pork on top. Close the sandwich with the other half of the bun.
