Prepare the Eggs
In a medium bowl, whisk together the large eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Cook the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, gently stirring with a spatula, until the eggs are softly scrambled and just set. Remove from heat and keep warm.

Cook the Bacon
In a separate skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy, turning occasionally. Once cooked, place them on paper towels to drain excess fat.

Make the Batter
In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, combine the milk, large egg, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the pancakes warm with maple syrup drizzled on top.
