Chimichurri Sauce

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Chop the parsley and mince the garlic.

    In a bowl, combine parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well.

    Let the sauce sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Peppercorn Sauce

    Toast Peppercorns

    In a dry pan, toast the black peppercorns over medium heat until fragrant.

    Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add chopped shallots and sauté until soft.

    Add the toasted peppercorns, beef broth, and cream. Stir and let simmer until thickened.

Béarnaise Sauce
