Prepare the Picanha
Take the picanha out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to an hour before cooking. This helps in even cooking.

Season the Meat
Generously sprinkle sea salt on all sides of the picanha. Make sure to coat it evenly to enhance the flavor.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to high heat. If using charcoal, allow the coals to burn down until they are covered in white ash. For gas grills, set to high.

Rest and Serve
Remove the picanha from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Cut against the grain into thick slices and serve.
