Cooking Instructions

1

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

2

Season the Meat

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Rub this mixture all over the flank steak, ensuring it is well coated.

3

Roasting

Place the seasoned flank steak in a roasting pan. Roast in the preheated oven for about 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium rare.

4

Resting

Remove the meat from the oven and let it rest for about 15-20 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.

5

Serving

Slice the flank steak against the grain and serve with your choice of sides.
