1. Prepare the Meatballs

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

2. Form the Meatballs

Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Cook the Meatballs

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs and bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked and browned.

4. Prepare the Crostini

While the meatballs are baking, brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

5. Serve

Remove the meatballs from the oven and serve hot with the toasted garlic crostini on the side.
