Ingredients: 0.5 cups Ground beef; 0.5 cups Ground pork; 0.5 cups Breadcrumbs; 1 cups Ricotta cheese; 0.25 cups Parmesan cheese, grated; 2 tsp Garlic, minced; 1 pieces Egg; 2 tbs Parsley, chopped; 1 tsp Salt; 0.5 tsp Black pepper; 2 tbs Olive oil; 1 pieces Baguette, sliced

House-made beef & pork meatballs, ricotta, garlic crostini.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Prepare the Meatballs

Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Form the Meatballs

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs and bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked and browned.
