Prepare the Pork Belly
Season the pork belly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub the spices into the meat thoroughly.

Fry the Pork Belly
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned pork belly and fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the Lamb Chops
While the pork belly is frying, season the lamb chops with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear the lamb chops to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium.

Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the bread rolls in half. Layer lettuce, a slice of fried pork belly, and tomato on the bottom half of each roll. Drizzle with red sauce and top with the other half of the roll.

Serve the fried pork belly sandwiches with lamb chops and seasoned potatoes on the side.
