Prepare the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the thick-cut bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Beef Patties
Season the Angus beef patties with blackening seasoning. In the same skillet, cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of the brioche bun, spread a layer of mayonnaise. Place the cooked beef patty on top, followed by the crispy bacon, pimento cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and pickles. Top with the other half of the brioche bun.

Serve the pimento bacon cheeseburger immediately with your choice of sides.
