Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add Parmesan and Spices
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Bourbon St. spice blend, and mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
