Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the campanelle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
- 3
Add Spinach and Seasoning
Stir in the fresh spinach and Creole seasoning. Cook until the spinach wilts down, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4
Make the Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer and let it thicken slightly, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 5
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked campanelle pasta to the skillet and toss well to coat the pasta with the sauce. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- 6
Serve
Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
