Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into even chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to pot.

  2. 2

    Make the Mashed Potatoes

Add minced garlic, butter, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy. Set aside and keep warm.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the asparagus and toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. In a hot pan or grill, cook the asparagus for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Shrimp

Wrap each shrimp with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Grill or pan-fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.

  5. 5

    Cook the Beef Tenderloin

Season the beef tenderloin filets with salt and black pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over high heat. Sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let rest before serving.

  6. 6

    Cook the Lobster Tails

Cut lobster tails lengthwise and brush with melted butter. Grill flesh side down for about 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until opaque.

  7. 7

    Serve

Plate the beef tenderloin, lobster tail, and bacon-wrapped shrimp alongside the garlic mashed potatoes and blackened asparagus. Enjoy!
