Prepare the Blackened Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with blackening seasoning and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Once done, shred or chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Assemble the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, layer the tortilla chips evenly. Top with the blackened chicken, queso cheese, red beans, cherry tomatoes, and sliced green onions.

Melt the Cheese
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes, or until the queso cheese is melted and bubbly.

Add Salsa
Remove the nachos from the oven and drizzle with salsa. Optionally, add more green onions on top for garnish.
