Cooking Steps

1

Prepare Pasta

Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Make Cheese Sauce

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for about 2 minutes until golden. Gradually whisk in the milk and cream, cooking until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

3

Add Cheeses

Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar, Gruyère, and half of the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

4

Combine Ingredients

Fold the cooked penne pasta and lobster meat into the cheese sauce until well combined.

5

Prepare for Baking

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.

6

Add Topping

In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with the remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Sprinkle evenly over the mac and cheese.

7

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

8

Serve

Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
