Fried Chicken and Sauce
Method
Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add chicken breasts, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 2
Fry the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and dredge in flour, shaking off excess. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- 3
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in lump crab meat, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
- 4
Serve
Place fried chicken on a plate and generously spoon the shrimp and crab alfredo sauce over the top. Serve hot.
