Bacon Cheeseburger Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients needed for the bacon cheeseburger.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the thick-cut bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease.

  3. 3

    Cook the Beef Patties

Season the Angus beef patties with salt and black pepper. Grill or pan-fry them over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty and cover to help melt the cheese.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Buns

Toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each brioche bun, spread a tablespoon of creole mustard. Add the cooked beef patty with melted cheese, followed by bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, red onion rings, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the bacon cheeseburgers immediately while hot with your favorite sides.
