Method

Burger Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patty

In a large bowl, combine the Certified Angus beef tenderloin with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Burger Assembly

  1. 3

    Assemble the Burger

Place a patty on the bottom half of each brioche bun. Top with brie cheese, a drizzle of truffle aioli, a splash of sriracha, and pickled onions. Close with the top half of the bun.

French Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Fries

Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips. Rinse in cold water and pat dry.

  2. 5

    Fry the Potatoes

In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the potato strips in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, sprinkling with salt to taste.
