Grilling the Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Grill the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Making the Caesar Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and anchovy paste until well combined.

Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to the dressing to taste. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Assembling the Salad

Prepare the Romaine
Wash the romaine hearts thoroughly and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large salad bowl.

Add the sliced grilled chicken, croutons, and grated parmesan cheese to the bowl with romaine.
