Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a martini glass. You can do this by placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes or filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Aspen Vodka and 1 oz of olive juice. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake the Cocktail
Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. This will chill the drink and mix the flavors well.

Strain and Serve
Remove the ice from the chilled martini glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass, ensuring a smooth pour.

Skewer three olives onto a cocktail pick and place them in the drink as a garnish. Serve immediately.
