Preparation of Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

Prepare Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Season Cauliflower
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.

Bake Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.

Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it with buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cover and refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
