Method

Prepare the Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Mix the Patty Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the Angus beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patty

Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about 3/4 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip them and cook for another 3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty to melt.

Cook the Bacon

  1. 5

    Fry the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 6

    Prepare the Buns

Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

  2. 7

    Add the Guacamole

Spread a generous amount of guacamole on the bottom half of each toasted bun.

  3. 8

    Layer the Patty and Bacon

Place the cooked Angus beef patty with melted cheese on top of the guacamole, followed by two slices of crispy bacon.

  4. 9

    Top with Chipotle Aioli

Drizzle the chipotle aioli on top of the bacon, then place the top half of the bun on the burger.
