Method

For the Sliders

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spam

Open the can of Spam and remove it. Slice the Spam into 12 even pieces.

  2. 2

    Cook the Spam

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the Spam slices and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Pour the whisked eggs into the same skillet after the Spam is cooked. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness, scrambling or frying them. When nearly done, place a slice of American cheese on top of the eggs to melt.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Sliders

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half. On the bottom half, layer a piece of Spam, followed by the cheesy eggs, and a drizzle of sriracha aioli. Place the top half of the roll to finish the sliders.

For the Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

  1. 5

    Cook the Macaroni

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  2. 6

    Prepare the Salad Mix

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, mayonnaise, grated carrot, chopped green onion, diced celery, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

  3. 7

    Chill the Salad

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the macaroni salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
