Prepare the Spam
Open the can of Spam and remove it. Slice the Spam into 12 even pieces.

Cook the Spam
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the Spam slices and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Assemble the Sliders
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half. On the bottom half, layer a piece of Spam, followed by the cheesy eggs, and a drizzle of sriracha aioli. Place the top half of the roll to finish the sliders.
For the Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

Cook the Macaroni
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Prepare the Salad Mix
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, mayonnaise, grated carrot, chopped green onion, diced celery, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

Chill the Salad
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the macaroni salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
