Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash the peach, lemon, lime, and strawberries thoroughly. Slice the peach into wedges, the lemon and lime into thin slices, and hull the strawberries. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the sliced peaches, lemon, lime, and strawberries. Add the sugar and mint leaves, gently stirring to combine. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the fruits to release their juices.

Combining

  1. 3

    Add the Liquids

Pour the white wine, peach schnapps, and orange juice into the pitcher with the fruits. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

  2. 4

    Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours (or up to overnight) to let the flavors meld together. Before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently. Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
