Method

Preparation of Fish

  1. 1

    Slice the Yellowfin Saku

Take the raw yellowfin saku and slice it into small cubes, about 1-inch in size. Place the cubes in a mixing bowl.

Making the Sauce

  1. 2

    Combine Sauce Ingredients

In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Whisk until well incorporated.

  2. 3

    Marinate the Fish

Pour the prepared sauce over the cubed yellowfin saku. Gently toss to coat all the fish evenly. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

Assembling the Poke

  1. 4

    Add Edamame and Cashews

After marinating, add the shelled edamame and chopped cashews to the bowl with the fish. Toss gently to combine.

  2. 5

    Plate the Poke

Use a spoon to serve the tuna poke into bowls. Top with wasabi crunch for added texture and flavor.
