Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prepare the Strawberries

Wash the strawberries under cold water and remove the stems. Slice them into halves or quarters, depending on your preference, and place them in a large pitcher.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Citrus Fruits

Wash the lemon and orange. Slice the lemon into thin rounds and the orange into wedges. Add both to the pitcher with the strawberries.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Mint

Gently rinse the fresh mint leaves and pat them dry. Add the mint leaves to the pitcher with the other fruits.

Mixing the Sangria

  1. 4

    Combine the Liquids

In the pitcher containing the fruits, pour in the white wine and strawberry liqueur. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

  2. 5

    Add Sweetness

Add the simple syrup to the pitcher, adjusting the amount based on your taste preference for sweetness. Stir again to mix well.

  3. 6

    Chill the Sangria

Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve

Before serving, add sparkling water to the pitcher for a refreshing fizz. Stir gently and serve the sangria over ice in glasses, garnishing with additional mint leaves if desired.
