Preparation

  1. 1

    Muddle the Cucumbers

In a cocktail shaker, add the sliced cucumber. Muddle gently with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the juices without completely pulverizing the cucumber.

  2. 2

    Add the Spirits

To the muddled cucumber, add 2 oz of Fluere Botanical Spirit, 1 oz of Giffard’s N/A Elderflower, and 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice.

  3. 3

    Shake the Mixture

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture thoroughly.

Serving

  1. 4

    Strain into a Glass

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. A highball or Collins glass works best.

  2. 5

    Top with Club Soda

Pour 4 oz of club soda over the strained mixture to top it off.

  3. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Garnish with a fresh mint sprig on top. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Sanõ Spritz!
