Infused Cucumber Gin Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cucumber

Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it into thin rounds.

  2. 2

    Infuse the Gin

Place the cucumber slices in a clean glass jar and pour the gin over the cucumber. Seal the jar and let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours, preferably up to 3 days for a stronger flavor.

Cocktail Assembly

In a cocktail shaker, combine 60 ml of the infused cucumber gin, 30 ml of St Elder Elderflower Liqueur, and 30 ml of fresh lemon juice.

  2. 4

    Shake

Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15-20 seconds until chilled.

  3. 5

    Strain

Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.

  4. 6

    Top with Soda

Top the drink with 120 ml of Fever-Tree Soda Water and gently stir to combine.

  5. 7

    Garnish

Garnish with a fresh cucumber slice on the rim of the glass.
