Prep the Shrimp
In a bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with minced garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flakes. Toss well to coat the shrimp evenly in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare the Baguette
While the shrimp is marinating, slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices and set aside. You can lightly toast them if desired.

Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp (including the garlic and red pepper flakes). Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.

Add Parsley
Once the shrimp is cooked, remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped fresh parsley. Mix well to combine.
Serving

Serve the Dish
Transfer the sautéed shrimp to a serving dish, and serve hot alongside the sliced baguette. Use the baguette to soak up the delicious garlic and olive oil sauce.
