Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2
Prepare the Almonds
In a mixing bowl, combine the Marcona almonds and olive oil. Toss until the almonds are evenly coated with the oil.
Flavoring and Roasting
- 3
Season the Almonds
Sprinkle the sea salt and smoked paprika over the coated almonds. Toss again to ensure an even distribution of the seasoning.
- 4
Roast the Almonds
Spread the seasoned almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fragrant. Stir the almonds halfway through the roasting time to promote even cooking.
Cooling and Serving
- 5
Cool the Almonds
Once roasted, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the almonds cool completely on the sheet.
- 6
Serve
Transfer the cooled Marcona almonds to a serving bowl and enjoy as a snack or appetizer.
