Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Shrimp

Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the salt and black pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the prepared shrimp and set aside.

Stuffing

  1. 3

    Mix the Stuffing

In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, melted butter, lemon juice, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

  2. 4

    Stuff the Shrimp

Using a small spoon or your fingers, carefully stuff each shrimp with the prepared stuffing mixture. Press down gently to ensure the stuffing adheres well.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Bake the Shrimp

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.

  2. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley before serving.
