Prepare the Shrimp
Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Season the Shrimp
In a bowl, combine the salt and black pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the prepared shrimp and set aside.
Stuffing

Mix the Stuffing
In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, melted butter, lemon juice, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Stuff the Shrimp
Using a small spoon or your fingers, carefully stuff each shrimp with the prepared stuffing mixture. Press down gently to ensure the stuffing adheres well.
Cooking

Bake the Shrimp
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.

Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley before serving.
