Prepare the Shrimp

Peel and devein the large shrimp, leaving the tails on for presentation. Make a slit along the back of each shrimp to create a pocket for stuffing.

Make the Stuffing

In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped green onions, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Using a small spoon or your fingers, carefully stuff each shrimp pocket with the crab mixture. Ensure that the stuffing is packed in well.
