Prepare for Breading
Once the macaroni and cheese mixture has cooled, use your hands to form small balls (about 1-2 inches in diameter). Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Breading Process
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Dip each macaroni ball first in the egg, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.

Heat Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Balls
Carefully add the coated macaroni balls to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- 8
Serve
Serve the macaroni and cheese balls warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
