Add the coarse ground coffee to the filter. Use about 2 tablespoons for a strong brew.
- 3
Pour Hot Water
Slowly pour 150ml of hot water (just off boiling) over the coffee grounds in the filter. Allow coffee to brew for about 4-5 minutes.

Once the coffee has finished brewing, carefully remove the filter from the glass.

Prepare Ice
Fill a glass with ice cubes (about 1 cup) to chill the drink.
- 7
