Method

Brewing the Tea

  1. 1

    Boil the Water

In a kettle, bring 4 cups of fresh water to a rolling boil. Ensure that the kettle is clean to avoid any off-flavors.

  2. 2

    Add Jasmine Tea Leaves

Once the water reaches a boil, remove it from heat and add 2 tablespoons of jasmine tea leaves to the water. Allow the tea leaves to infuse.

  3. 3

    Steep the Tea

Cover the kettle with a lid and let the tea steep for about 3-5 minutes, depending on your preference for strength.

  4. 4

    Strain the Tea

After steeping, pour the tea through a strainer into a teapot or cups to remove the tea leaves.

Serving the Tea

  1. 5

    Add Optional Ingredients

If desired, stir in 1 tablespoon of honey for sweetness. You can also add a slice of lemon for a refreshing twist.

  2. 6

    Serve

Pour the brewed jasmine tea into cups and enjoy while warm. Optionally, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
