Prepare Tea

    Boil Water

    In a medium pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

    Steep Tea

    Once the water is boiling, add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves. Stir slightly and remove from heat. Cover and let steep for about 5 minutes.

    Strain Tea

    After steeping, strain the tea leaves using a fine mesh strainer into a heatproof container. Discard the leaves.

    Sweeten Tea

    Stir in 1 tablespoon of sugar while the tea is still warm until it dissolves completely.

Prepare Cream Mixture

    Combine Cream Ingredients

    In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of evaporated milk and 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk. Mix well until fully combined.

Serve

    Assemble Drink

    In a tall glass, add ice cubes. Pour the brewed Thai tea over the ice, filling the glass about halfway. Top with the cream mixture, stirring gently to combine.

    Garnish and Enjoy

    Optionally, you can garnish with additional sweetened condensed milk on top or serve with a straw. Enjoy your refreshing Thai iced tea!
