Method
Marinating the Chicken

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Marinate the Chicken
Place chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Pickling the Vegetables

Prepare the Pickling Mixture
In a bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar and salt are dissolved.

Pickle the Carrots and Daikon
Add the julienned carrots and daikon radish to the pickling mixture. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to pickle.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Prepare the Baguette
Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise, leaving one side attached.

Spread mayonnaise generously on the inside of each baguette.

Close the baguette and press gently. Cut in half if desired and serve immediately.
