Prepare the Edamame
Rinse the edamame pods under cold water to remove any dirt or debris.

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Use enough water to submerge the edamame pods.

Steam the Edamame
Once the water is boiling, add the edamame pods to the pot. Boil for 3-5 minutes until they are bright green and tender.

Drain the Edamame
Carefully drain the edamame pods using a colander. Shake gently to remove excess water.

Transfer the drained edamame to a serving bowl and sprinkle with sea salt. Toss gently to ensure even distribution.
