Prepare the Cream Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and lemon zest. Whip the mixture until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.

Mix the Base
In a separate shaker or mixing glass, combine the homemade limoncello, Licor 43, and fresh lemon juice. Add ice cubes to chill the mixture.

Combine and Serve
Strain the limoncello mixture into a serving glass and gently fold in the whipped cream mixture. Serve immediately in an up glass.
