Prepare the Batter
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, mix in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, flour, and salt until fully combined.
Bake the Cheesecake
Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is deeply golden and the center is slightly jiggly.
Cool
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Serving
Add Toppings
Before serving, add your choice of seasonal toppings such as fresh fruits, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or caramel sauce. Serve chilled.
