Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix tequila, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Rice
In a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add rice and cook according to package instructions. Once cooked, stir in chopped cilantro.

Assemble the Dish
On a plate, place a serving of cilantro lime rice. Top with grilled chicken, pour fiesta sauce over the chicken, and sprinkle with four-cheese blend.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the assembled plates in the oven for about 10 minutes to melt the cheese and create a golden brown topping.
