1. Prepare the Chicken
In a skillet over medium heat, warm the shredded fajita chicken until heated through, about 5 minutes.
2. Assemble the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips evenly.
3. Add Toppings
Layer the warmed fajita chicken over the tortilla chips. Drizzle the chipotle BBQ sauce over the top, then sprinkle the shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
