Cheese Curds
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
- 2
Bread the Cheese Curds
Dip each cheese curd first into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure they are well-coated.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 4
Fry the Cheese Curds
Carefully add the breaded cheese curds to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- 5
Drain and Serve
Remove the fried cheese curds and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with ranch dressing, marinara sauce, or both.
