Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Italian breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the Meatballs
Form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Make the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, crumbled bleu cheese, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook until the sauce is heated through and the cheese is melted.

Combine
Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the sauce and gently toss to coat.

Serve the Cajun meatballs hot with slices of French baguette on the side.
