Cook the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

Brown the Meat
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 7-10 minutes.

Add Spices
Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Add Sauce
Pour in the tomato sauce and stir to incorporate. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Remove from heat and serve hot. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
