    Marinate the Steak

    In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade. Add the sirloin steak to the marinade and ensure it is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

    Prepare the Grill

    Preheat your grill or charbroiler on high heat. Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

    Grill the Steak

    Remove the steak from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off. Place the steak on the hot grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time depending on desired doneness.

    Rest and Serve

    Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve topped with fresh chopped cilantro.
