Method

Preparation and Cooking

1

Prepare the Pork

Rub the pork shoulder generously with the pork rub, ensuring an even coating all over the meat.

2

Smoking the Pork

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the pork shoulder in the smoker and cook for about 18 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).

3

Rest the Meat

Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before shredding.

4

Shred the Pork

Using two forks, shred the pork into bite-sized pieces.

5

Serve

Place half a pound of pulled pork on a tray and drizzle with Catamount Gold Sauce. Serve with your choice of sides.
