Prepare the Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, and soy sauce. Stir until smooth. Set aside.

Prepare the Shrimp
In another bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Dip each shrimp in the beaten egg, then coat with the cornstarch mixture.

Fry the Shrimp
In a large skillet or frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes per side). Remove and drain on paper towels.

Steam the Broccoli
While the shrimp is frying, steam the broccoli florets until tender (about 5-7 minutes).

Combine and Serve
In a large bowl, combine the fried shrimp, steamed broccoli, and walnut pieces. Drizzle the creamy walnut sauce over the top and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
