Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Pork Chops
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. This helps to achieve a crispy exterior.
Season the Pork Chops
In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each pork chop.
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it's shimmering.
Cook the Pork Chops
Add the seasoned pork chops to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and they are golden brown.
Rest and Serve
Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
