Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Steak

Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Pat them dry with paper towels.

2

Season the Steak

Rub both sides of the steaks with salt and black pepper generously.

3

Sear the Steak

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once the butter is melted and hot, add the ribeye steaks. Sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

4

Add Flavor

In the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic, remaining butter, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Baste the steaks with the melted butter and sauce mixture.

5

Rest and Serve

Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve garnished with chopped green onions.
